NEGOTIATi℠ was created to share the practical, easy-to-learn preparation principles I developed and refined over years of real-world negotiation experience—principles designed to work in nearly any deal.
I created NEGOTIATi℠ after more than a decade in legal practice, first as a litigator, then as an advisor to publicly traded multinational enterprises where I helped negotiate acquisitions, investments, procurements, partnerships, and other high-stakes deals.
Throughout my career, I saw the same pattern repeatedly: capable, accomplished people freeze, get frustrated or overwhelmed, or simply do not know how or what to ask for when it matters most. Even when they use AI to help them.
